Women of Influence was founded in 1997 and from inception to date, it has continued to work towards promoting interventions intended to uplifting the plight of Women, Orphans and Widows, who are usually among the most marginalized and less privileged in society. Its approach has been working towards Sustainable Economic and Social Empowerment of target groups / beneficiaries. Arise Women of Influence does this through various interventions dependent on the beneficiary’s developmental needs. These may include education support to Orphans, and Skills Training aimed at improving the livelihood of Women and Widows.
